A match made in heaven or clash of the Titans?

It appears that there is now an iPhone app available in the iTunes store that allows you to buy and read Kindle books. Amazon had announced this earlier, but if I hadn't happened to notice the above referenced blog post, I wouldn't have known it was out there.

So, Apple and Amazon, two giants make nice with each other.
