Did you ever have to make up your mind?

The Dear Author blog had a wonderful post titled “How to Decide Between the Sony and the Kindle eInk Readers”. If you are considering buying one or the other, you should check it out. They rank them feature by feature and let you decide for yourself which (if either) would work for you. There are also a number of reader comments that are interesting, some from owners of Kindles and Sony and some from people who are not yet persuaded.

Popularity-wise, I think Kindle is pulling out ahead. When I got my Kindle, I was the only person I knew who had one; I knew one other person with a Sony. Now there are two people in my office with Kindle 2's and two other people planning on buying one as a gift for a spouse. No new Sony owners that I know of.
