WSJ gives Kindle 2 a thumbs up over Sony

I saw a notice on Twitter about the online Wall Street Journal having a video review that compared the Sony eReader to the Kindle 2, so I checked it out. The reviewer gives the Kindle a definite edge, mostly because of the wireless downloading, but she also liked the fact that the Kindle has an actual keyboard.

To me, a significant feature of the review is that the reviewer bought a Sony eReader to review— in fact the review was called “Worth it? The Sony eReader”— but she ended up comparing the Sony to the Kindle 2 because a friend had a Kindle 2 in her purse. Kindle is becoming, if not ubiquitous, far from rare.
