A new paradigm?
This item was of interest a while ago on GalleyCat. If you read it, you'll notice that by publishing only as an e-book, the author was able to do away with needing a traditional publisher. Of course, it helps to already have a name like Gabriel Garcia Marquezs. Not quite the same impact if your name is Joe Blow.
