GalleyCat potpourri

I enjoy reading GalleyCat because it has such a wide range of interests. They all relate to publishing in one way or another, but each day is a grab bag of posts. Today's catch includes an item on sites for digital book reviews, a notice about a romance author giving away a free e-book, and my favorite, a story about how a Today Show producer said she would interview a self-published author as part of a book segment on the program. Apparently, authors don't need agents, publishers or publicists, just a really interesting book. Although I suppose if you write a really interesting book, you can get an agent, a publisher, and a publicist,

Anyway, all the posts are publishing-related, but each one covers a different aspect of the biz.
